We also consider your overall GCSE subject profile.Further Maths is not essential, however it is a highly recommended subject choice for a student considering Computer Science at degree level. We understand that not all schools offer Further Maths, and so we do consider applications from people with a single Maths A-level. Typically, we require 45 Credits at Level 3, including Distinction in 33 Level 3 credits and Merit in 12 Level 3 Credits. We may also require subject specific credits or an A level to be studied alongside the Access to Higher Education Diploma to fulfil essential subject requirements.
