I did use this item but found it wasnt for me. I do however use on an everyday basis the Dermaflage scar and wrinkle filler kit. It does take some time to figure out and still theres days when it’s not perfect but is definately better then a hole in my nose. Use a good slightly curved steel spatula to spread the silicone on your scar and then smear the outer edges of the silicone to make it as thin as possible so it blends with the rest of your skin seamlessly. This may take a few practise. If you don't smear the edges thinly, it will dry with a harsh line around the scar with the rest of your skin. Don't rely on the plastic spatula that came with it, they are absolutely rubbish.
